The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is an Android phablet smartphone designed, developed and marketed by Samsung Electronics as part of the Samsung Galaxy Note series. It was unveiled on 9 August 2018, as the successor to the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

The Note 9 has IP68 water & dust resistance and a USB-C connector that supports Samsung DeX without a dock and the phone also has a 3.5 mm headphone jack along with AKG tuned stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
How To Enable Magnification Gestures / Touch Zoom Samsung Galaxy Note 9:
By following the steps below:
From a Home screen, navigate: Settings > Accessibility > (Vision) > Magnification.
Tap the ‘Magnification gestures’ or ‘Touch zoom’ switch to turn on on switch or off off switch.
Do one of the following:
To zoom, quickly tap the screen 3 times with one finger.
Drag 2 or more fingers to scroll.
Pinch 2 or more fingers together or apart to adjust zoom.
To zoom temporarily, quickly tap the screen 3 times and hold down your finger on the third tap.
Drag your finger to move around the screen.
Lift your finger to zoom out.
You can’t zoom in on the keyboard and navigation bar.
